What is genetic compatibility screening?
It looks at whether you and your partner carry the same recessive genetic variants — the kind that can affect a future child's health. It's information to help you plan together, never a verdict on your relationship.
If I'm a carrier, does that mean I'm unhealthy?
No. Carriers are healthy. Most people carry a few recessive variants without ever knowing. It only matters for a child when both partners carry the same one.
What if we're both carriers of the same condition?
It means a higher chance — about 1 in 4 per pregnancy — that a child is affected, and a clear set of options: genetic counseling, IVF with embryo testing, prenatal testing, or informed natural planning. You decide what's right for you.
Is my data private? Could it affect marriage prospects or insurance?
Your results are confidential and are never sold or shared without your consent — not with insurers, employers, or family. You stay in control of who sees what.
How does it work, and how long does it take?
Register and consent, give a simple saliva sample (home kit or a partner clinic), and our certified lab analyses 200+ inherited conditions. You then receive a clear compatibility profile with counseling.
Will someone explain my results?
